■ B2B prospect lists, researched by hand
Tell us who you sell to. We find the companies, record where each business email was published, check every address’s syntax and mail server, and deliver a clean spreadsheet. No purchased databases. No scraped personal emails.
01 Sample rows
An excerpt from a real 25-row demo list of home-services contractors, built the same way your list would be. Emails are masked on this page; a delivered file has them in full.

Real businesses, public data. These are public business contacts. Listings marked OSM come from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). See all 25 rows of a real list.
Rows 03 and 06? Flagged, not deleted. A Gmail address or a domain that doesn’t match the website gets marked so you make the call, not us.
02 Method
Each list is researched for your spec, not pulled from a database someone else built for everyone. That’s slower, and it’s the point.
01
You tell us who you sell to and what a good row looks like.
02
We search public sources for companies that fit.
03
Each row gets the business details and where they came from.
04
Every email is tested before it reaches you.
05
A tidy file with every check visible, ready to import.
■ What MX means
An MX check confirms the email’s domain is set up to receive mail. It doesn’t prove a specific inbox exists, so we never call a list “guaranteed deliverable.” We tell you exactly which checks each row passed.
03 Fields
Standard columns on every list. Need something else, like a phone number or a website note? Add it to your spec.
| company | The business name as the company presents it on its own website or listing. |
| website | The company’s main site, checked to load. |
| location | City and state, plus street address when it’s publicly listed. |
| category | What the business does, mapped to the categories in your spec. |
| business_email | An email the company published itself. Never guessed from a name pattern. |
| email_type | Role address (info@, office@) or a named/other address, so you can segment. |
| found_at | The page or listing where we found the email. |
| syntax · mx | Whether the address is well-formed and its domain has a mail server. |
| free_mail · domain_match | Flags for Gmail-style addresses and emails on a different domain than the website. |
| source · checked_on | Where the row came from, and the date we checked it. |
04 Who it’s for
If you know exactly who you want to reach but not where to find them, a spec-built list is the shortest path. A few examples of what that spec can look like:
Find local businesses that need what you build: websites, ads, SEO or content.
Roofers in Denver whose sites aren’t mobile-friendlyA focused list of firms in your niche, in the regions you serve.
Independent dental practices in Tampa BayCompanies in your vertical that look like they’re hiring or growing.
Electrical contractors in Dallas–Fort Worth with a careers pageYour first few hundred ideal customers, without a pricey data subscription.
Landscaping companies in Atlanta with a published office email05 Pricing

06 Questions
Public sources: the company’s own website, public business listings and open map data such as OpenStreetMap. The source column on each row tells you which.
No one can honestly guarantee that. Every address is syntax-checked and its domain is checked for a mail server (MX), and risky patterns are flagged. That removes the obvious bad addresses; it can’t promise a specific inbox is active.
We include business emails that companies published for people to contact them. We don’t scrape personal addresses or guess them from name patterns. Public business phone numbers can be added to your spec.
You’re responsible for your own outreach. In the US, cold B2B email is allowed under CAN-SPAM if you identify yourself, include a physical address and honor opt-outs. Other countries have stricter rules, so check before emailing outside the US.
Orders come in blocks of 500. If your spec only turns up a few hundred good rows, we’ll tell you before you pay rather than pad the list.
Tell us which ones. If a row doesn’t match your spec or fails the checks we said it passed, we’ll replace it.
