Privacy, in plain English
ListBench is a small business-to-business service run from Boca Raton, Florida. Here is what we collect, why, and who else touches it.
When you use the form on this site
The free 25-row sample request form collects:
- Your email address
- Industry
- Geography
- Contact role
- List size
With each request we also record the date and time, the country your connection comes from (from Cloudflare, not your exact location), your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use the hash only to block spam and repeated submissions; we don’t keep your IP address itself.
We use this to prepare what you asked for, send you one confirmation email, and reply about your request. If we follow up afterwards, it will be about that request, and you can tell us to stop at any time. We don’t add you to a newsletter.
Business contact details from public sources
To find potential customers we use business details that companies publish themselves: company name, website, published business email and business phone, from the company’s own website or public listings. Every email we send says who we are and how to opt out.
Who handles the data

What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent or trade personal data.
- There are no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for up to 24 months so we can see what we’ve already sent you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@listbenchdata.com. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe page or reply “unsubscribe” to any message. We act on requests within 1 business day.
